Legal Research

EU Law is the main subject of my research. Aside from comparative perspectives of national law of the EU, I find philosophy and jurisprudence essential in contextualising the law. Some of the sectoral areas of law that I am interested in include:

  • Economic Law
  • Competition Law
  • Market Regulation
  • Law in Digital Space
  • Intellectual Property
  • Environmental Law
  • Administrative Law

Interdisciplinary Methods

Some of the most pressing issues of the law are addressed in complementary disciplines. Thinking beyond the containment of disciplines is crucial for the law to stay up to date with pressing issues. In my research, I have explored concepts from the following perspectives:

  • Law and Economics
  • Quantitative Legal Methods
  • Comparative Legal Methods
  • Law Enforcement and Governance Studies
  • Legal Linguistics

I am always interested in exploring new insights - please feel free to contact me if you are interested in collaborating.
